Postcard from Hawai'i

It's nice to know it's warm somewhere else! Here is a postcard from the [rediviva] editor, Andrea Golts. Pictured above is her favorite farmer's market find. The are called rambutans; they have a hairy, red exterior, a translucent fruit and look a little too much like eyeballs when you peel them.

Cherry Blossom Festival

Should be sunny in The Dalles (usually is!) and on top of that, Cherry Blossom festival is going on this Saturday. So take the kids, take the dog and have a lovely afternoon doing something different. PLUS Oh Shoot photobooth (see the Oh Shoot blog!) will be there to take very fun photos of you and your friends/family. You can find Oh Shoot at the Lone Pine Village booth.

Ok, Ok, so yes get the new radio head album, but first! Check out this newspaper (yes, you heard that right) that they created with other artists and writers. Yes it is strange, but do at least what I did and look through it so you can say you did- the kerning drove me too crazy to actually read it. The band distributed this actually printed newspaper to promote their album. Pretty great idea, it's just not the same looking at on screen, but worth taking a look at.
